The Codex Committee on Spices and Culinary Herbs (CCSCH) held its seventh session in Kochi (CCSCH7), Kerala, India, on 29, 30, 31 January and 2 February 2024, at the kind invitation of the Government of India.

Dr M. R. Sudharshan, former Director, Spices Board India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India, chaired the session, which was attended by 30 Member Countries, one Member Organization and one Observer Organization.
